A: It depends on how fast your payment is processed in processing company Digital River GmbH (share-it). It takes one hour for them to send us information about your purchase as soon as they get money from your bank. After that our server automatically sends you instructions what you need to do in order to get the software.

Q: I bought software from you couple hours ago but haven’t received any messages or instructions or software. What should I do?
A: Check if you have indicated the correct email address and that your mail server is functioning. Also check your Spam filter that can block our mails. If everything is working fine and you have got confirmation from Share IT about your order you can check the status of your purchase in Share IT. If you see in Share IT that your payment is processed but you still haven’t heard from us you can send message to our technical support giving them number of your order in Share IT and we will help you as soon as possible.
