Minor Upgrades
All customers receive free minor upgrades of ComponentAce products. These
upgrades are available for download from our site, just download and reinstall
the product. Minor upgrades primarily include bug fixes, but some enhancements
may also be included in a minor upgrade.
Major Upgrades
Major upgrades include bug fixes as well as significant enhancements in
functionality. Major upgrades are always free of charge for any customer within
3 months since the date of the purchase. In other cases some of the major
upgrades may be available for Premium Support subscribers only or will require
additional upgrade charge. Major upgrades are available for download from our
site, just download and reinstall the product. If you want to order the major

License Upgrade
Our customers always can upgrade to get source code or to get additional
developer license at any time. If you would like to order the license upgrade,
please contact us.
Premium Support Subscription
The Premium Support is designed to provide our customers with priority
technical support and significant cost savings on major upgrades. It is the
most cost-effective way to ensure that you always have access to the highest
level of technical support and to the latest major releases of our products.
We offer a Premium Support Subscription for 12-months period. This subscription
can be continued on the next year at the discounted price.
